Returns Policy
Aisha’s Angel Art and Crystals accepts no responsibility for goods damaged or lost during delivery (Registered or Insured) by Australia Post or any other Courier.
We personally select all our products from our suppliers to ensure that the quality is to a high standard, interesting, unusual and in the good condition we require to sell to our Customers.
Prior to dispatch to a Customer, we take two (2) photos i.e. (one prior and during packaging) (one on sealed Packaging to Courier) Photo’s are kept for 20 days after dispatch.
Faulty Items
We will only accept return of goods within 14 (fourteen) days on receipt of goods. Should an item be faulty i.e. ear rings, necklace, bracelet, chain, wire, cord, clasps, hooks etc, you must notify Aisha’s Angel Art and Crystals by email or phone within the 14 (fourteen) day time frame for the faulty item to be accepted and returned to be replaced or repaired.
Goods must be returned complete and unused in the original packaging to Aisha’s Angel Art and Crystals within 14 (fourteen) days on receipt of your order.
All return shipping and packaging costs will not be reimbursed, unless Aisha’s Angel Art and Crystals have made an error in supply of your order. Please contact Aisha for a Return Authorisation number (RA number).
We will not accept returns or replace because of natural flaws or fractures caused during Mother Nature’s creation of natural Rough Rock Specimens, Crystals, Semi Precious Stones, Gem Stones, Fossils, Cut, Drilled, Dyed, Tumbled or Polished items etc.
Please choose carefully. Aisha’s Angel Art and Crystals do not accept returns on products you have selected and do not like when you receive your order. If you are not sure of a product from the photograph and description please contact us by email or phone to discuss the item before you place your order.
